Our range includes sizes XS to 5XL.

What are the care instructions for your garments?
You’ll find care instructions on each product page and on the care label.

How do you ensure sustainability and ethical production?
As eco-conscious consumers ourselves, we have a deep commitment to ethical sourcing. We partner with trusted suppliers who are committed to ethical practices, from fair labour conditions to environmentally responsible manufacturing.

We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly, water-based, vegan inks that are Oeko-Texâ„¢ certified and free of harmful chemicals, ensuring that our garments are safe for everyone.

We acknowledge that ensuring 100% transparency across the entire supply chain is challenging, even when working with certified suppliers. We are continuously working to improve and make informed choices to support a more sustainable future.

Do you offer unisex garments?
We've used the labels ‘Men’ and ‘Women’ to indicate the cut of the garment. Our men’s cuts are longer and wider, women’s cuts are cropped and tapered.

What decoration methods do you use?
We use digital printing, screen-printing, and embroidery - ensuring the best method possible is used for your order. Whether you’re after vibrant full-colour prints, classic screen-printed textures, or premium embroidered details, we’ll make sure your design looks its best on every garment.

Absolutely. Just send us an e-mail with what you're after, and we'll be happy to help.

What is the ordering process?
Each product page allows you to choose the garment, design and/or text options. Some products allow you to choose from our library of designs, or upload your own.

You can move and resize all elements of your design within the image display.

The blue frame around the element is only a guide. Our team will do specific checks before we print to align your design and ensure everything will print as expected. If there are any issues, we'll get in touch to confirm your approval before we go to print.

I hit submit, but I forgot to change or add something to my order. What should I do? 
Warning: we work fast here. Your order goes straight into production the moment you hit submit. If you need a change, please let us know at hello@madebyspool.com.au within 2 hours of ordering. After that, it’s full steam ahead and changes can’t be guaranteed.

Please be careful and double-check your order is exactly what you want.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards or debit cards with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express logo. You may checkout securely through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What happens to returned products?
Returned products that look worn or damaged are sent to fabric waste and recycling facilities. Some returned products in wearable condition are donated to local charities, like The Red Cross and Salvos.

We're proudly Aussie owned and operated, with our office located at Melbourne's Chadstone Shopping Centre.

A retro-loving, Aussie–Canadian duo. As millennial parents to two cheeky sidekicks (a toddler and a dog), fun has always been stitched into our story.
