To get in touch, send us an email (at hello@madebyspool.com.au) with 2-3 clear photos of the item, within 14 days of receipt of your order. We'll then review and loop back with next steps.

Please remember: since our products are pressed on order with designs of your choosing, we need to keep it real—our returns policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse or change of mind. This includes changes in sizing, colours, and designs.
